Information we collect and why

When you request a quote, we collect your name, company, business email, delivery city and country, and the product, quantity and project details you provide. We use these details to understand your requirements, respond, assess sourcing options and follow up on your request. Please send only information relevant to your business enquiry, without card details, identity documents or other sensitive personal information.

Website operation and cookies

Our website and infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, browser information, access times and security logs to deliver and protect the service. WordPress and WooCommerce use necessary cookies where applicable for sign-in, security and cart sessions. We have not enabled advertising pixels or marketing analytics for this launch. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking necessary cookies may affect site features.

Storage and sharing

Enquiries are stored privately in our WordPress installation. An email alert to our sales mailbox links authorized staff to the enquiry; it does not include your enquiry details. Our hosting, email, backup and website delivery providers, including BanaHosting and Cloudflare, process information as needed to operate the service. Where needed to assess a request, relevant specifications and delivery information may be shared with prospective suppliers or logistics providers. We limit personal information shared to what is necessary. We do not sell your personal information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Processing location and safeguards

Service providers may process information outside your province or country, where local laws may allow access by public authorities. We use access restrictions, security tools and backups to help protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and your choices

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to manage your enquiry, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Backups may retain copies until replaced through their normal cycle. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion where applicable, or withdrawal of consent. We may verify your identity proportionately and explain any legal limits. Withdrawing necessary consent may prevent us from continuing the requested service. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

External services and future payments

If you choose WhatsApp or follow an external link, that service processes information under its own policies. Social icons marked coming soon are not connected. Online payments are not enabled at launch and this website does not request card details. We will update this policy before introducing payment processing or materially different uses of personal information.
